Egg released before HCG shot

Pcos patient. I was on letrozol from CD 2 to CD6. On CD 7 the size of egg in ovary was10*12 and on CD 11 the size was increased up to 18*16. And today on CD15 there was no egg in ovary. Queries - 1. Is it possible to ovulate without HCG shot if someone is on letrozol. 2. Doc has advised to take Duphaston from today for next 12 days, last time when I had Duphaston I got my periods. Do not sure if to continue it this time.

It is very much possible that spontaneous ovulation can occur Hope you have timed ur intercourse And yes duphadton is rightly prescribed
