Hello. Is it advisable to try conceiving during the COVID vaccination course? Due to the increase in period between 2 doses of covishield vaccine, people will almost loose 6 months in the process if it is not advisable. I heard it is not advisable during the vaccination period and upto one month after the course ends. Please clarify this topic.

Hello, There are no specific studies regarding the effects of the vaccine on conception. Vaccine benefits certainly outweigh the risks. Right now, both vaccines COVISHEILD and COVAXIN are safe and effective in both pregnant and lactating mothers.
