Effect of Accutane on liver?

I began taking the drug Accutane 5 or 6 months ago and haven't experienced any issues other than a dull ache in the side after drinking alcohol. I realize that it is alcohol causing this but I'm wondering if this is something I should be seriously worried about or if it's just a minor side effect? All the blood work I have had done at the dermo has come back fine.
