I my self 42 years married last 4 years but no issue.I am diabetic last 4 years now fasting 107 mg/100 and pp 116 mg/100 urine albumin serum testosterone 10.23 nmol/l and semen is low not  tested for semen analysis.I have a urgent need help from your side
