I am 48. Having erectile dysfunction and slight prostate enlarged. Took himplasia for prostate but not good results and shilapravang ,tenter forte for ED 2/3 months but no effect. Presently taking 5mg megalis before sex Pls suggest good medicine . No other ailment .
