Hi . greetings. Simple licking of the dog on intact skin usually doesn't cause any issue. However. Please send pics of the lesions on your hands on private follow up chat. Or see a dermatologist near you at the earliest. Of there's any infection you don't want it to grow while u ignore it... Hope this helps. Warm regards.
