I'm having a chronic dry skin and eczema problem since many years . I itch uncontrollably and have been taking anti allergies and cetzine pills everyday to control it . I have rashes all over and these leave dark black marks . Is it safe to take medicines in a daily basis? . At present I'm applying elecon cream on all rashes but it isn't helping . Will alternate medicine help ? Also is there anyway I can remove the black marks ? I keep my skin oiled and moisturised but still it dries up and itches . The condition aggravates just before my periods . I am peri menopausal and wish to know if this is due to that . Please help
