Does ectopic pregnancy produce enough hcg after 3 days of periods to test positive. My gf had a thick bleeding on her first day of period and light bleeding on 3rd and 4th day. We did a blood hcg test after 3 days of periods and it showed less than 2 M IU/ML... They said it's negative but I am really worried because she had consumed ecp and they are known to cause ectopic pregnancy

Pregnancy test is clearly negative... this is not ectopic pregnancy... but yes ECP are not 100% preventive of pregnancy... would not encourage using it in future... CONDOMS would be the best choice for u two...
