How early can a heterotopic pregnancy be detected? And how is it confirmed exactly? What is the best way to follow to find out heterotopic pregnancy? My hcg level is 35809mIU/ml, 6 weeks gestation and singleton pregnancy. No spotting. Light abdominal pain sometimes. No other health issues.
