Free fluid in pelvis s due to lots of reasons. Its a sign of ovulation, could be infection ,could be related to ectopic pregnancy.. Exact opinion s possible only if i see the ultrasound report nd correlate it with ur history n symptoms.. Only then i ll b able to say what u should do to conceive..
