Ecosprin 75 necessary for old age people

My age is 73 years old and I want to know about ecosprin 75 that it is compulsory for old age people or I can stop it. Because my cholestrol level is okay and no past history of any heart disease. But my physician prescribe me ecosprin 75 and tell me that I need to take this regularly. It is for safe side, etc. I am diabetic and also BP patient and taking talmisartan, metformin and glimipride and also I am suffering from severe acidity. I don't know if this is the side effect of any of these medications. plz help me. Thanks.

Sir you need to take Ecosprin for keeping your blood flowing and prevention of clot formation in blood pipes of your body. You can stop it if there is any bleeding.
