Ecospirin side effects?
Hi, my mother has been taking low dosage Ecospirin since the last two months on doctor's advice as she is a heart patient, but off late she has developed some effects like intense abdominal pain, vomiting tendency and even hard stool. The abdominal pain even gets unbearable at times. Kindly suggest whether she should continue with Ecospirin or discontinue with the drug. Thanks in advance.
Well what cardiac diseases she suffers from will decide whether or not she needs to be on antiplatelet therapy

There is no problem with ecosprin.
You shouldn't stop it.
You need to get it checked out by a general surgeon so that he can examine and suggest what to do further.
