I have chest pain left side neck and shoulder pin point pain and neck sode muscular pain So because of that i go to the cardiologist he said for echo test 2d echo done here i attached my report he said it is atypical chest pain no need worry but still i have mild and sometimes more so can i go for treadmill please tell me
