Sinus rhythm, incomplete right bundle branch block. I have no chest pain though but in my lipid profile test the HDL Cholesterol is 30 mg/dl

Just relax.. everything is ok.. HDL will raise slowly. Change food habit.avoid alcohol.daily excercise
Next Steps
repeat lipid profile after 6month
