ECG report
Hi Sir/Mam,
Few days back, my father has undergone ECG as a routine check up and has got the report on the same day. Please go through the below findings and let me know the details on the same.
Note: Age is 67+, non smokers, controlled Blood Pressure, controlled Blood sugar, have Cholesterol but taking Ecospirin (1tab/day, after dinner) and stroke or heart attack in the past.
Findings are:
1- Sinus Rhythm
2- First - degree Atrioventricular Block
3- Left Anterior Hemi Block
4- Anteroseptal Myocardial Infarction (V1, V2, V3)
5- Heart Rate: 74
6- p wave: Normal
7- p-r interval: Prolonged
8- Ors complex: LBBB pattern
9- Axis: LAD
10- QT interval: Normal
11- ST segment and T wave : Secondary phases
The ECG findings mentioned here can be due to old myocardial infarction. Please compare the current ECG with past ECG. An echocardiography can be an excellent add on screening test.
