Sir I am a diabites person and taking regular madicine and doing my morning walking too Since March last week I am havinglittle hand pain at Right hand and it slowly getting spreed to left hand also I understand this because of soulder pain Even though I took ECG for my Satisfaction Kindly go through and guide me Regards Sivaraman

Your ECG is abnormal. ECG reveals RBBB, left axis with full PR interval. Consult a heart specialist or get investigated. 1. Echocardiography 2. HOLTER get ECG followup every 3-4 months
