Your symptoms are most likely due to respiratory issues Echo and ECG findings are just accidentally shown that there is MVP the symptoms are not related to MVP actually. This could be secondary to allergies or asthma or any drug related symptoms. Did not be worried for this ECG and Echo, you need annual evaluation for MVP to find any progression.

You have BP issue and MVP. But your symptoms are not heart related they are all lung related. Since echo is showing LVH, you need medicine for BP. For wheezing and coughing consult a pulmonologist

Yes the ECG has shown non specific changes . Echo shows mitral valve prolapse with trivial MR. Trivial MR is no problem
