I have doubt regarding eating cheese with bread and ghee with curries and some amount of rice
1) some are saying eating ghee and cheese good for calcium,muscle,vitamin K etc
Some are saying it's high content of sodium and fat
2) Even for ghee too some are saying it's good for body muscle and bone strength with calcium
Please solve the doubt regarding taking cheese and ghee in daily diet..
