Ears blocked due to cold.

I had cols since last 15 days. Nose blocked. I started with otrivin. Later my ears started to get blocked coz of wch I'm unable tp hear properly. I was asked to take wikoryl, Allegra. Later I was asked to start with solvin decongestant. Are these medications proper for the symptoms I have.
