Early withdrawal bleed

2022-08-06 06:39:07
Is it normal to have slight spotting before withdrawal bleeding due to excessive stress? I'm on a combined contraceptive pill since over 6 months and my monthly withdrawal bleed is yet to come in 2 days but right now, I'm seeing scanty, slightly stringy brown spotting. Note: no pills were missed. Could high stress and sudden increase in exercise and some weight loss cause this or could I somehow be pregnant. I did have unprotected intercourse 2 days before my expected ovulation day but there was no insemination involved at all.

Ocp is 99percent protective if taken properly . Premenstrual spotting can be due to  slight change in time of medicine, some infection , pregnancy or premenstrual . Wait for few days if flow increases then every thing get clear

Wait for proper menses to start. It’s okay.
