Please tell me know the early signs of pregnancy. My wife is feeling constant pain from last 10 days. Is it periods or pregnancy?

In normal pregnancy there is no pain.If she is overdue and has pain she needs a gynecologist checkup

earliest sign of pregnancy is feeling of fatigue ,nausea .. other signs include overdue of periods.. mild pain and headache and vomitings.
