Hi. We are a couple planning for family. what would be the very early signs of pregnancy. is missing the period the confirmation?. How reliable are the pregnency detection kits ?.

To confirm pregnancy two method is available (1)S.Beta HCG level in blood (2)Urine Pregnancy Test - - 1st require blood to test 2nd require Urine sample - easy, cheap no need for Lab. Person require and also quite reliable test.
