My daughter is 11 years 8 months old. She had a puberty last week. I too scared about her health. Puberty cause any illness of my daughter's health plz reply

How come it causes illness of any person because this is the very important and crucial event for a girl.So many changes in her life after this . Being a mother take it easy .
