Within 5 weeks pregnancy, Are there any chances to go surgical abortion if medical is incomplete? Is it fine if doctors says so because I have heard it can be done by medical. Do I need to change doctor?

Not all medical abortions fail. At 5 weeks there is no need for unnecessary surgical intervention. Consult for proper information. Changing doctors is only going to waste your time, no harm to the doctor.
