Hello plz find the attached reports..yolk sac and fetal pole not identified..can I save my baby.. My wife had an abdominal pain and bleeding in her urine..iam worried

At 8week gestational period if yolk sac and fetal pole are not seen and also your wife is having pain abdomen and spotting per vagina, it shows that most likely it is not a viable pregnancy.  Consult a Gynecologist.  She may get  heavy bleeding , if so report immidiately

repeat ultrasound after 2 weeks if you still can't find out the yolk sac and fetal pole this is supposed to be an abnormal baby so it is ok if you lose it and you take the other prenatal vitamins so that this doesn't happen again and again

If she has regular period...then this pregnancy have poor growth..... difficult to survive.....but still consult your gynec heor she will guide you further
