Early pregnancy symptoms or not

My beta HCG is gradually increasing while I tested 3 days before expected period now HCG value increased to 177 my expected period is around 10 and 11 I am able to notice white discharge today is it save early pregnancy also mild period crampings(pain) is there Please suggest me whether all these symptoms are accurate to early pregnancy

A beta hCG of 177 along with white discharge and mild cramping fits an early pregnancy. Implantation-type cramping and increased discharge are both common in the first few weeks.
Next Steps
Repeat the beta hCG in 48 hours. It should roughly double if the pregnancy is progressing well. Please see your obstetrician once your period is officially missed.

Go in sooner if the cramping becomes severe, one-sided, or you notice any bleeding.
