Is a thick white milky discharge be early pregnancy symptoms?? 43rd day still no periods. 40th day felt discomfort in lower abdomen. Today 43rd day no symptoms. Clear my doubt pls

Not necessarily but if you are expecting then get an ultrasound abdomen done to confirm. If not then this can be PID and immediately antibiotics are to be started. White discharge can also be associated with vaginal itching. If so then be assured that you are having vaginosis/vaginitis.
