Attached scanning report. GA is 7 weeks as per scanning. But cardiac activity is not observed. Is it a clear miscarriage or is there any chance of having cardiac activity in a week? Please review report and give details.

Fetal heart should have appeared by this time. Repeat again in 5 days and if no heart beat am afraid not viable.
