I am having gastric issue,I feel too cold.when i got blood test done my hcg level was around 4000.My ultrasound is due .Its my 6 week and I am just worried that I dont have much symptoms no nausea,only discomfort in lower andomen sometimes.Can anyone tell me that is it normal to not have nausea.also what are the signs that everything is normal inside the womb and baby is fine
