  4. Early pregnancy. This mean m i pregnant?

Hello, According to me my pregnancy should be 7 weeks as I last had last LMP was 30 March and when I had an ultrasound they said it it 5w 5 days pregnancy and my pregnancy report says "shows evidence of single intraterime gestational sac having adequate chriodecidual reaction around it with yolk sac inside" what does this mean m I pregnant???

You are pregnant and pregnancy is also normal with gestational sac and yolk sac.May be you have conceived late . Again repeat scan after 2weeks.
