Congratulations on your pregnancy. I understand why you're anxious, especially after such a long journey. The reassuring part is that your TVS has confirmed an intrauterine pregnancy, which significantly reduces the likelihood of an ectopic pregnancy.
In early pregnancy, one-sided pelvic or back pain can occur due to stretching of ligaments, a corpus luteum cyst, or sometimes because of endometriosis. Pain radiating to the foot may also suggest a nerve or musculoskeletal cause and is not always pregnancy-related.
Endometriosis or small fibroids usually do not harm the baby, although they may occasionally cause pain during pregnancy. Continue all medications prescribed by your obstetrician, stay well hydrated, avoid strenuous activities, and keep your scheduled follow-up scan to assess fetal development and cardiac activity.
However, if the pain becomes severe or persistent, or is associated with vaginal bleeding, dizziness, fainting, fever, or shoulder-tip pain, I'd recommend getting an MRI done to look for nerve impingement and show to an orthopedic.
Wishing you a healthy and uneventful pregnancy.
