Early menses

My menstrual cycle was typically every 25-26 days ever since i started menstruating.. But since almost a year, this cycle has shortened to every 22-24 days. Ive also been diagnosed with hypothyroid last year and have been on regular medication ever since. I am really concerned if this shortening of menstrual cycle is related to PCOS.. My gynaec just did a prolactin test when i told her about my concern. Prolactin tests were normal but i am still very very apprehensive about PCOS. Please guide.

Thyroid  weakness is the most common  cause of short cycles. In body, hormones work together and problems  in one gland are reflected  on to others as well. Hence all hormone imbalances overlap to some extent and only  a holistic  approach  can heal the whole body.
