Early menarche

I got my first period when I was 8 or 9 years old, which I think is quite early. I'm 20 years old now. Since I started my periods at an early age, am I at a higher risk of developing breast, ovarian, or any other type of cancer? I don’t have any family history of such conditions. If there is a risk, what can I do for prevention?"

This is the usual age of menarche nowadays and doesn't increase the risk of gynecological cancers. You can keep getting periodical screening tests to diagnose early development of carcinoma.
