I often experience precum and early ejaculation. Sometimes I dont even touch my penis and ejaculation happens. Before ejaculation a smelly liquid (precum) comes on top part of my penis

Hello.. Generally everybody will have the precum and it will be thick only...i don't think you have anything to worry about it...apart from ore ejaculation which you are telling you need to exercise and practice...you can as well meet a surgeon and take opinion... thank you
