Hi Doctor, I am having 2 issues. 1. Early ejaculation (within a couple of minutes of intercourse). 2. When I ejaculate inside my wife, and when I withdraw the penis, most of the semen drips out of her vagina. We are worried whether it is getting accumulated inside her or whether all of it is dripping off.
