He has pain and wet in left ear sometimes (now and then).Doc suggested for surgery to close the hole.whether the surgery is cumpulsory?or can it be cured by allopathy medicines,or homeo medicines.And also loss of hearing in minute level..if undergo surgery will it be repeated...?what is the percentage of successs?Thank you
