Put ear wax softening drops for continuosly for 5 days and visit a Ent specialist.

It can be cleaned by hook or syringing with warm saline or suction.
Next Steps
depends on the hardness, if it's too hard dry and impacted we can use a wax solvent to soften it and later remove by above mentioned methods
