My son is 11 years old he has ear wax in one ear is it mandatory to remove the wax immediately he has no problem otherwise in ear

Good morning Cerumen in ear is beneficial and also has antibacterial property If he is symptomatic alone needs intervention or else ask him to chew his food properly before swallowing it aids in epithelisation of the ear Take care

No need to remove immediately. Also plz do not try removing by urself u may cause trauma. In case of pain or reduced hearing book a consultation with a nearby ENT specialist
