I am having problem with ear wax for a very long time. Hoping can get help/advice. Once i had cleared the wax but still having the aame issue or even worse now

If you have impacted wax inside your ear canal then it needs to be softened before removal. Once softened using ear drops then you need to visit nearby ENT specialist for safe removal. Once removed you should avoid using ear buds so that excessive wax doesn't get collected again
