Ear wax in left ear

Left ear seems to be collecting a lot of ear wax despite trying to ensure that its kept clean. I try to avoid using ear buds lest the wax gets pushed further inside. Right ear is fine. Please advise

You usually use your left ear predominantly to receive phone calls. Reduce the volume on your phone. Get your ears cleaned by an ENT Specialist once in 6 months. Use synthetic white vinegar to douche your ears after bathing once a week.
