Hi doctor my problem is a sound in my ear. I hear light tapping sound in my ear whenever anyone talks or when I hear music. This has been happening for a year now. I have NO pain in the ear. And ear wax is more liquidy and not solid or semi solid. please advice

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  It definitely needs to be examined. Audiometry and some other tests also might be required.
