My left clogged 1 month before with watery liquid. Now it's dry but I have lost 60 to 70% hearing capability.

This can be due to a hole in the ear drum.... You need a physical examination of the ear to detect it or the infection.... Hearing test is required to document the hearing loss and type if hearing loss.... Visit an ENT doctor for the same.... Generally the hearing  test are conducted by an audiologist but you need a dry ear for it
