I m suddenly having train like sound coming from ear from last 2 days.. Most probable in my right ear... After hearing loud alarm clock... Please tell me how to reduce it.. N increase with sound...it similar to the sound of train engine noise...i m very much afraid..

Hi. Hearing of noise in the ear suddenly must be evaluated urgently. Are you able to hear other sounds well from both your ears? You may need an audiogram amongst other investigations.
