I have pain in my ear and also reduces the hearing. In addition to cleansing from Buds, I have a lot of pan, please advise.

May be due to wax. Use soliwax ear drops 5 drops both ears for 1 week and get it cleaned by the doctor. Meanwhile take tab. Sinarest twice a day for 3 days will reduce pain and block sensation
Next Steps
Don't use buds, it will push the wax inside the canal and cause hearing disturbance
