Ear problem

I feel left ear clogged and when I swallow there is discomfort on the left side of throat. There is no sore throat and my tonsils are normal. I have checked my ear and there is a wax clot visible to the naked eye where as the other ear is normal. Kindly suggest what to do.

Looks like the clogged feeling is due to ear wax. U can use some wax drops. If it's not too much it may go. Otherwise u have to see a doctor directly
