Hi the CT scan of PNS report says frontal, Ethmoid, sphenoid sinus are normal, maxillery sinus is polipoydal mucosal thickening, left side ottitis and mastoiditis.. Pls suggest what needs to be done

Minimal mucosal thickening of maxillary sinus does not signify anything it is accompanied by symptoms such as nasal congestion, nasal discharge etc. Otitis with otomastoiditis can occur because of chronic middle ear infection. CT SCAN alone has no role and its always correlation between symptoms and CT findings
