My son 13 year old he going to swminng pool come home he has fever and lest ear pain i saw doctor he clean ear vax removal and 7 days antibiotic tablet and eardrop vax removal after ear discharge i going second ent doctor he saw ear and he said niddle type hole in eardrum he take same medicine antibiotic and eardrop my son totally feet taken this medicine no pain no discharge but today 2 time fresh water discharge in ear without pain i saw google he say its csf otorrhea i am scared my child no any history is truma and accident what no any other symptoms only frsh water discharge in ear please guide me what happened

Dont worry mam , its normal , the fresh water which was already there in his EAR, it has only come out from his EAR. So nothing to worry. Just keep on. Follow up with ENT surgeon.

The condition is causes by pathogens in the pool Just use ear plugs while swimming And also to avoid bacterial conjunctivitis use water specs And maybe you also need to change the pool or clean the pool a bit before using it ! Also if you need few more tips feel free to contact me !
