Ear pressure, numbness and swelling

I was diagnosed with mumps 2 weeks ago and was given painkillers and ibuprofen.My ear had a lot of discomfort and my right cheek was swollen.After a week of treatment,the swelling subsided but i still have a lot of ear pressure.The regions where i was swollen are now stiff and constantly become numb when i wake up from sleeping. Please do help

Usually after mumps parotitis you will have sensation of ear block and numbness for few days to weeks. No active treatment is required for this condition as it is expected to get relieved on its own
