Ear popping, Sharpness and Tinnitus.

Hello! I am M, 21 yrs old. I have tinnitus in my both ears. Earlier, it was much more in right ear, but now also in left. Plus, i only hear popping sounds in right ear. Plus, i cannot bear any loud or sharp (crisp) sounds. I earlier had to wear cotton buds 24/7. But, now i also have to wear cap. Please Help!
