Having cough and cold. In the early morning suddenly the right ear started paining. Although pain is not too much but yes it's annoying and seems that the ear is heavy.

As per your description you might have developed eutachian tube dysfunction.. take analgesic sos for pain.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
